studios  : 500 € monthly   until  june  2024  and continuing : summer months 550€ monthly

Includes water- warm water costs for 1  person, extra person 20€ monthly

 Conditions apply : 

You have to prove Your solvency ( pension  or  working contract and 2  last "nominas " (= paylist )  or  autonomo  declaracion de la renta  ) in order to be able to pay monthly.

 

If You do not have enough papers to prove Your solvency ; then You have to   pay the whole  rental time in advance : minimum 2 months   plus  1 month  guarantee deposit and  once  payments : 75 e  final day cleaning  

and 50€ fee   for the rental agents work ( only short term rentals )

 Apart of the rent  the costs to be paid  ;

- Electricity .  Own meter  at the studio entrance . 

-Cooking gas  
- CHECK OUT day standard  cleaning cost is to be paid on arrival  : 75€ ( You still have to take the rubbish out and wash the dishes also on the check out )   
 
- GUARANTEE DEPOSIT   is  500€

 This guarantee deposit  is returned  by bank transfer / in cash , minus electricity & gas costs  AFTER  getting back the keys and checking the studio  and its contents .

RESERVATION ;  To  make a booking ; forward   400 € / studio    this   is deducted of the rental   payment 
ARRIVAL : Only by previously agreed  appointment
